Meet Brockton actor Laura Lee Bahr — Her take on Hollywood and why she loves horror

Odds are, you'll find Laura Lee Bahr doing something creative.

She authors books, she directs films, she acts in front of the camera and on the stage. She is — despite her bubbly nature — a horror nut. She currently resides on Brockton's west side and, this weekend, she'll be performing in the stage production of Shakespeare's "Hamlet" at the Needham Town Common.

The show will run from Thursday, Sept. 11 to Saturday, Sept. 13. Curtain is at 6:30 p.m. on all three days. The production — put on by Yorick Ensemble — is completely free for the public, but you'll need to bring your own seating.
